Chief Denney
Chief Denney is a forerunner in the real estate investment and finance industries. In 1989, Chief founded Statewide Financial Services, a company specializing in real estate speculation, investment and finance. He still serves as CEO of Statewide Financial Services today and is very active in the real estate brokerage and lending industry. He is also founderof The September Group a real estate acquisitions and holdings company; Stand & Deliver a marketing company focused on providing real estate investments to serious real estate investors.
Chief’s diverse real estate experience include: Acquisition of distressed asset ranging from bulk REO inventory, Trustee Sales auction and builder bail-outs. The liquidation of bulk real estate assets, non-performing mortgages, portfolio evaluation and repositioning. In addition to real estate, Chief also has extensive experience in the lending industry where he has originated 600+ residential & commercial mortgages and 60+ private placements.

Robert Pabian
Robert Pabian joins forces with Statewide Financial Services as an entrepreneur with 30+ years of real estate development and marketing experience. He has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of all areas in this dynamic and constantly changing business. His entire career has revolved around commercial and residential real estate. From acquisitions of raw land for billboards to end user residential sales, Mr. Pabian has been involved. His commercial experience includes researching, market studies, purchasing and constructing over 1,000 billboards across the Southeastern United States.
A motto that Mr. Pabian uses is “Affordable housing for working Americans.” He has used this principle as an inspiration for purchases of distressed properties he has made throughout the country. Details of these projects include: research and ultimate purchase of raw land for development, oversight of architects/engineers, planning infrastructure and building a base of investors for final purchase. Providing workforce housing in demographically upscale markets along the Florida, Alabama and Mississippi Gulf Coast has brought the total number of homes completed, to over 600.

Elisa Stabile
Elisa Stabile is the Marketing Director for Statewide Financial Services. She comes to us with close to 20 years experience in the areas of real estate investing, investor educational services and a strong marketing background. She is responsible for preparing all company marketing and promotional materials as well as the day-to-day internal office management. She works directly with our investors, our extensive team of real estate professionals as well as with key representatives from the banking and lending industries. She also helps to co-ordinate all real estate and foreclosure market research.
She also has hands-on experience with foreclosure investing and is often seen at the courthouse steps participating in the bank auctions. She has worked as an apprentice in the rehab industry learning all aspects of construction and is rather handy with a hammer and toolbox. She has experience in all facets of the distressed property business from acquisition, to fix-up to disposition. Elisa has also worked in the property management industry and as such is a valued resource to our clients.
