In 1989, Mr. Denney founded
Statewide Financial Services, a company specializing in real estate investment
and speculation, as well as, residential and hard money lending.Throughout his illustrious career in real
estate investment and finance, Mr. Denney has also founded several other
companies, including:Purpose
Built Investments™, a company that has key affiliations with developers across the U.S.
to market single family and multi-unit residences to investors; The September
Group which is a real estate acquisitions and holding company; GoZoneSource.com
which provides Go Zone investment and tax opportunities to qualified investors;
and Stand & Deliver, a marketing company that provides educational
presentations to a variety of audiences.
Mr. Denney has been
recognized throughout the real estate investment industry for his unique
approach to structuring deals.Having actively worked on transactions in the states of California,
Texas, Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee, Hawaii, Nevada, Alabama to name just a
few, his experience in varying market conditions is quite vast.
His expertise is also
far-reaching in that he has worked with REOs, NODs, trustee sales, FSBOs, no-money
down transactions, lease options, discounted notes, bulk REO purchases, foreclosures
and pre-foreclosures, assignment of contracts, commercial transactions, market
evaluations and timing, Performa evaluations, acquisition structuring,
portfolio analysis and positioning, single and multi-family transactions,
disposition strategies, builder bail-outs, and syndications.
Mr. Denney has originated
more than 600 residential and commercial mortgages totaling over $210 million
dollars worth of funding and has been active in over 60 private
placements.
In addition to his company
Statewide Financial Services and various other business entities, Mr. Denney is
the co-founder and Managing Director of CBRIS, LLC, a real estate
investment company focused on the acquisition, rehabilitation and disposition
of distressed real estate assets across the country.

Involvement
Mr. Denney is a 1990
graduate of The New School of Architecture with a Bachelor of Science in
Architecture.
As a resident of Rancho
Santa Fe, Mr. Denney is actively involved in a variety of community activities
volunteering much of his time to the local school and coaching youth
sports.He resides with his wife
and his two children and enjoys performance car racing, traveling abroad,
playing guitar and entertaining friends.Mr. Denney has also been an active fundraiser for charitable causes such
as the Victims of Katrina and Victims of the Tsunami.
His success in real estate
investing has led Mr. Denney to become a well-respected pioneer.He has been a featured guest on television
and radio on the topics of real estate and wealth building.He has traveled the country as a
keynote speaker making presentations to investment clubs, professional organizations
and educational seminar audiences.He has shared the stage with such noted visionaries as Dr. Denis
Waitley, T. Harv Eker, Robert Allen, Mark Victor Hansen, and many more.

Professional Summary
With more than 30 years
experience in real state development and marketing, Mr. Pabian took the helm of
the Imperial Companies in 2003 with a focus on real estate acquisition and
developing along the Gulf Coast.The primary goal of Imperial is to provide workforce housing in
demographically upscale markets along the coasts of Florida, Alabama and
Mississippi.Projects include all
forms of housing from single family, to townhomes to condominiums.
His leadership
provides the vision that ensures that the development sites, as well as any
distressed assets, provide investment opportunities to investors with cash
flow, below market pricing, appreciation, tax incentives, market strength,
growth potential and a positive exit strategy.When working with investors his objective is to provide a
full range of services beyond just offering successful investment
opportunities.His company also
offers a list of approved and proven property managers, real estate appraisers,
surveyors, insurance agents and home inspectors.
Mr. Pabian began his
entrepreneurial career back in 1975 when he built 16 commercial convenience
food stores and bought Phillips and Texaco distributorships in order to also
supply gasoline.He continued on
to the billboard industry where he built over 1,000 billboards from Georgia to
Florida and Mississippi.He sold
those assets to LAMAR advertising, including land, structures and accounts in
1999.Throughout his distinguished
career, he has actively acquired and rehabilitated many properties that are
then sold for a healthy profit.
In addition to his various
development projects and running his company Imperial, Mr. Pabian and Mr.
Denney co-founded CBRIS, LLC, a real estate investment company focused
on the acquisition, rehabilitation and disposition of distressed real estate
assets across the country primarily through trustee sales.

Involvement
Mr. Pabian graduated from Boston
College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
He resides in Gulf Breeze,
Florida with his wife Kris who is also actively involved in the daily
operations of all real estate investment endeavors.Both Mr. Pabian and his wife are active in their local
community.Mr. Pabian is an
avid aviator having earned his pilots license in 1995.He enjoys traveling to new destinations
as well as spending quality time with his 4 adult children and 3
grandchildren.
