families and investors along the entire Gulf Coast (MS, AL, FL).
She continues to seek out land in emerging markets and has built
solid relationships with city governments, banks, investors and
end users. Kris has developed over $150Million in real estate. She is intimately involved in all aspects of real estate as she buys land, oversees all areas of
development from sewer systems to delivery of keys to owners.
For CBRIS Partners Kris manages all financial aspects of the business and is responsible for the timely delivery of profit checks to our investors- making her easily the most popular member of our executive team.
