Jenifer’s love of real estate is reflected through her background. Having been involved in all aspects of real estate from the design process, to sales, to foreclosures for over 10 years, she strives to learn more. For the past three years, Jenifer has emphasized her involvement in multiple foreclosure markets across the country. Her roles include, but are not limited to, accounting, administration and investor relationships. Licensed in the state of Florida to sell real estate, Jenifer thrives on the sales process and the ultimate final product- a new home for the family.
While most see this as a depressing time economically, Jenifer sees this as a chance to level the market to where it should have been pre-boom and give opportunities to families who previously couldn’t have the pride of ownership. Everyone’s dream is to own their own home and while the pricing is right for the foreclosures, the lending process typically does not allow them to purchase a foreclosure. Having worked closely with the rest of the team, Jenifer is confident in the process that has been developed that not only makes financial sense to the investors, it opens the door for the American dream.
