Billy Alt has been an active licensed Las Vegas real estate agent for the past 7 years after moving to the area from his hometown of New York. Since 2006, he has also been working in the lending industry, combining both sides of the real estate purchase process in his arsenal of expertise.
Coming to real estate from a military background and having been an on-going owner of a Marketing and Promotions company, Billy takes a hard line, yet creative approach to the real estate business. His area of specialty in real estate is in working with investors, as well as first-time home buyers, from all over the country and even internationally. He has also helped to instruct educational classes on the topic of foreclosures and creative real estate investing.
Billy takes pride in having built a team that is multi-faceted and fully capable of keeping their finger on the pulse of what is happening in the Las Vegas Real Estate market. Billy is excited for what this marketing brings to investors and to first-time home buyers believing there has never been a time when you could buy properties below the cost of rebuilding them or attaining cash flow. With the rental market stable, it has helped minimize risk and make Las Vegas a more stabile investment going into the future.
